BOOKING PROCESS<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>1.1 Bookings are made exclusively through the website:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Select the route (from \u2192 to)<\/li>\n                <li>Choose the vehicle class<\/li>\n                <li>Enter all the required details<\/li>\n                <li>Check the information<\/li>\n                <li>Complete the booking<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>The phone must be active (WhatsApp \/ Viber \/ Telegram). The details entered are the basis for performing the service.<br> <strong>The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information.<\/strong><\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>1.2 Required booking details:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Pickup address and destination address<\/li>\n                <li>Date and time<\/li>\n                <li>Number of passengers and luggage<\/li>\n                <li>Contact details (active phone)<\/li>\n                <li>Flight details (flight number) \u2014 mandatory for airport transfers<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>The vehicle is assigned based on this information. The company does NOT manually check the accuracy of the data.<\/p>\n            <div>The flight number is used for flight monitoring: the company tracks the actual landing and the pick-up time is adjusted accordingly. The client is responsible for providing the correct flight number.<\/div>\n        \n\n            <h3>1.3 A booking is considered confirmed only in the following cases:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>After payment has been made<\/li>\n                <li>Or after the booking is confirmed in the system (including for cash payment)<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>Cash-payment bookings follow the normal flow, like any other booking, with no additional confirmation. MEETING THE DRIVER<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>2.1 Meeting the driver:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a sign (name).<\/li>\n                <li>The driver will contact you via WhatsApp \/ phone.<\/li>\n                <li>Your phone must be active immediately after landing.<\/li>\n                <li>The meeting point is the standard one for the airport.<\/li>\n                <li>The client must be available to be contacted.<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>2.2 Waiting time:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>60 minutes free at the airport, counted from the actual landing time of the flight, if the correct flight number is provided<\/li>\n                <li>30 minutes free at an address, hotel or other pick-up point, from the scheduled time<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>After this time, a waiting fee applies. The driver may leave the location, and the service may be considered not performed.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>2.3 If the client does not show up:<\/h3>\n            <p>The driver tries to contact the client. If there is no response, the order is closed. Payment is not refunded, and responsibility lies with the client. A new order may be requested.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>2.4 Flight delay:<\/h3>\n            <p>When the client enters the flight number, the company monitors the flight. If the flight is delayed, the pick-up time is adjusted according to the actual landing, and the flight delay does not count as waiting time. The client is responsible for providing the correct flight number.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>2.5 Critical client errors:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Wrong terminal \/ Wrong time \/ Wrong flight number<\/li>\n                <li>No contact \/ The client cannot be found<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p class=\"alert\">\u2192 The service may be lost without a refund.<\/p>\n      <\/div><\/details>\n      <details><summary>3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>3.1 How the price is formed:<\/h3>\n            <p>The price is calculated automatically by the system based on the distance and the vehicle class. The price is fixed at the time of booking but may change if the route changes. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>4.1 A refund is possible only under the following conditions:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>At least 24 hours before the ride for the Standard, Business, Economy Van, Business Van and Sprinter classes (for Bus \u2014 at least 3 days before)<\/li>\n                <li>The request is submitted officially (website \/ WhatsApp) and confirmed by the company<\/li>\n                <li>No more than 7 days have passed since payment<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>4.2 Refund process:<\/h3>\n            <p>The refund is made via the same payment method. Processing time: 3\u201310 working days. Fees are non-refundable (only the net amount received is returned). The company is not responsible for bank delays.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>4.3 Deductions and costs:<\/h3>\n            <p>Payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversions, operational costs. Aggression, threatening the driver or damaging the vehicle are prohibited. Compliance with the rules is mandatory.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>6.2 Passengers and luggage:<\/h3>\n            <p>The number of passengers may not exceed the limit. Luggage must match the vehicle class. Extra luggage must be declared. Overloading is prohibited, and the driver may refuse transport.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>6.3 Pet transport:<\/h3>\n            <p>Allowed only with prior agreement. May involve an additional cost. It is done only at the client&#8217;s request (it is not automatic), requires confirmation and depends on when the request is made.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>7.2 The following can be changed:<\/h3>\n            <p>Ride time, pick-up address, destination address, number of passengers, additional services.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>7.3 Impact on the price:<\/h3>\n            <p>The price may be changed (recalculation is mandatory). A payment difference may arise, and the vehicle class may be changed (depending on distance and conditions).<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>7.4 Limitations:<\/h3>\n            <p>Not all changes are possible. Responsibility remains with the company, and the client accepts this structure.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>8.4 Operational changes:<\/h3>\n            <p>The time may be adjusted, the meeting point may be changed, the route may be adapted.
