BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>2.1 The client must provide the following correct details:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Pickup date and time<\/li>\n                <li>Pickup address and destination address<\/li>\n                <li>Vehicle class<\/li>\n                <li>Number of passengers and luggage volume<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>The details are the basis for performing the service. Any error directly affects the service. The vehicle is allocated based on this information, and the company does not manually check the accuracy of the details.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>2.2 The client bears full responsibility for the details provided:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>The time must match the actual desired moment<\/li>\n                <li>Addresses must be exact and complete<\/li>\n                <li>The number of passengers cannot be exceeded<\/li>\n                <li>Luggage must be declared correctly<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>2.3 In the case of incorrect details, the Company has the right:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>To refuse to perform the service<\/li>\n                <li>To change the conditions of the ride<\/li>\n                <li>To allocate a different vehicle<\/li>\n                <li>To consider the service performed<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p class=\"alert\">\u2192 The payment is not refunded (100%).<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>2.4 The booking is considered confirmed only after:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Full payment<\/li>\n                <li>Or explicit confirmation from the company<\/li>\n                <li>Or confirmation via WhatsApp<\/li>\n                <li>Or manual confirmation<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n      <\/div><\/details>\n      <details><summary>3. PRICE AND FARE STRUCTURE<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>3.1 The price is set per vehicle, not per person:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>The fare is fixed for the booked ride<\/li>\n                <li>The price does not depend on the number of passengers (within the permitted limit)<\/li>\n                <li>The price is calculated automatically based on the details entered<\/li>\n                <li>Confirmation of the booking validates the displayed price<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>3.2 The price includes:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Picking up the client<\/li>\n                <li>Standard waiting time<\/li>\n                <li>Parking (if required)<\/li>\n                <li>Mandatory road costs<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>3.3 The price does NOT include:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Additional waiting<\/li>\n                <li>Deviation from the route or additional stops<\/li>\n                <li>Excess or special luggage<\/li>\n                <li>Animal transport<\/li>\n                <li>Extra services<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>Any item not indicated in the booking is charged separately. Additional services are not guaranteed without confirmation. The client cannot request services that are not included without payment. Additional costs are communicated separately.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>3.4 The Company has the right to recalculate the price in the following cases:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>A change of route or address<\/li>\n                <li>A change in the number of passengers<\/li>\n                <li>A change in luggage volume<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>3.5 If the actual conditions differ from those declared:<\/h3>\n            <p>The service may be refused, performed at an additional cost or considered completed, with no obligation to refund.<br> <span class=\"alert\">\u2192 The payment is retained in full.<\/span><\/p>\n      <\/div><\/details>\n      <details><summary>4. WAITING TIME<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>4.1 The free waiting time is:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Airport \u2014 60 minutes from the actual landing time of the flight, if the correct flight number is provided<\/li>\n                <li>Address, hotel or other pick-up point \u2014 30 minutes from the scheduled time<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p>The time is fixed and cannot be extended free of charge. Once it expires, the no-show conditions apply.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>4.2 Start of waiting time:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>At the airport: from the moment the plane actually lands, when the client has provided the flight number<\/li>\n                <li>Flight delays do not count as waiting time<\/li>\n                <li>At other addresses: from the time stated in the booking<\/li>\n                <li>The client is responsible for providing the correct flight number and pick-up time<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>4.3 After the waiting time expires:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>The client is considered absent (NO-SHOW)<\/li>\n                <li>The driver is entitled to leave<\/li>\n                <li>The order is closed automatically<\/li>\n                <li>The service is considered performed<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p class=\"alert\">\u2192 Payment is NOT refunded.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>4.4 Extra waiting:<\/h3>\n            <p>It is charged separately, is not guaranteed, is granted only if possible and is agreed directly with the driver.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>4.5 Flight monitoring:<\/h3>\n            <p>When the client enters the flight number, the company monitors the flight and adjusts the pick-up time according to the actual landing. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the flight number and other data entered.<\/p>\n      <\/div><\/details>\n      <details><summary>5. Responsibility lies solely with the client.<\/p>\n      <\/div><\/details>\n      <details><summary>6. RESTRICTIONS AND SAFETY<\/summary><div class=\"body\">\n<h3>6.1 The client&#8217;s behaviour must comply with safety and respect standards:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>Aggressive or offensive behaviour is prohibited<\/li>\n                <li>Threatening the driver is prohibited<\/li>\n                <li>Damaging the vehicle is prohibited<\/li>\n                <li>Breaking transport rules is prohibited<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>6.2 Passenger and luggage limits:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>The number of passengers may not exceed the vehicle&#8217;s limit<\/li>\n                <li>Luggage must match the chosen class<\/li>\n                <li>Extra luggage must be declared<\/li>\n                <li>Vehicles cannot carry more than the permitted capacity<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n        \n\n            <h3>6.3 Transport of animals:<\/h3>\n            <p>Allowed only with prior agreement, may require an additional cost, depends on the vehicle type and may be refused without explanation.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>6.4 The company has the right to refuse service in the following cases:<\/h3>\n            <ul>\n                <li>The client is intoxicated or under the influence of substances<\/li>\n                <li>Aggressive or dangerous behaviour<\/li>\n                <li>Conditions that do not match the booking<\/li>\n                <li>Any risk to the driver or vehicle<\/li>\n            <\/ul>\n            <p class=\"alert\">\u2192 The service is cancelled without a refund.<\/p>\n        \n\n            <h3>6.5 Safety is the top priority:<\/h3>\n            <p>The driver may make on-the-spot decisions. The company may stop the ride, and the service may be interrupted. The decision is final.<\/p>\n      <\/div><\/details>\n      <details><summary>7.
