We monitor your flight
When you enter your flight number, we track the actual landing. If the plane is delayed, the pick-up time is adjusted, and the delay does not count as waiting time.

The driver waits for you at the arrivals hall exit with a name sign and helps you with your luggage.
60 minutes of waiting
You have time for passport control and luggage: the first 60 minutes, from the actual landing, are included in the price.
Fixed price
See the price before you confirm. No night or traffic surcharges, and no „surprises” at the end.

A dispatcher confirms the ride, and 24 hours before you receive the driver and car details.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

How long will the driver wait for me?
60 minutes free, counted from the actual landing of the plane — enough for passport control and luggage.
Where will the driver meet me at the airport?
At the arrivals hall exit, with a sign bearing your name, and they will help you with your luggage. 24 hours before, you receive the driver’s name and phone number so you can contact them directly.
How can I pay for the transfer?
Online by card when booking, or cash directly to the driver. Cash payment is a normal method, with no extra confirmation. We issue invoices for companies.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free at least 24 hours before pick-up for Standard, Business, Economy Van, Business Van and Sprinter, and at least 3 days before for Bus. For changes, contact us via the contact page.
How much luggage fits in the car?
Standard Comfort: 3 passengers and 3 bags. Business Sedan: 3 passengers and 2 bags. Premium / VIP: 2 passengers and 2 bags. Economy Van: 7 passengers and 6 bags. Business Van: 6 passengers and 6 bags. For large groups we have a Sprinter (19 seats) and a coach (48 seats).
Do you also do transfers to the airport for departures?
Yes. We pick you up from your hotel, apartment or office in Chișinău or another city in Moldova, and you reach the airport on time, without worrying about parking.
