1. BOOKING PROCESS
1.1 Bookings are made exclusively through the website:
- Select the route (from → to)
- Choose the vehicle class
- Enter all the required details
- Check the information
- Complete the booking
The phone must be active (WhatsApp / Viber / Telegram). The details entered are the basis for performing the service.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information.
1.2 Required booking details:
- Pickup address and destination address
- Date and time
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Contact details (active phone)
- Flight details (flight number) — mandatory for airport transfers
The vehicle is assigned based on this information. The company does NOT manually check the accuracy of the data.
1.3 A booking is considered confirmed only in the following cases:
- After payment has been made
- Or after the booking is confirmed in the system (including for cash payment)
Cash-payment bookings follow the normal flow, like any other booking, with no additional confirmation. The driver’s details are sent before the ride.
1.4 Minimum booking notice:
- Standard Class and Business Class — at least 6 hours before pick-up
- Premium / VIP Class, Economy Van and Business Van — at least 12 hours in advance
- Sprinter / Minibus — at least 24 hours in advance
- Bus — at least 3 days in advance
1.5 The company reserves the right to refuse a booking:
- Incorrect or incomplete details
- Lack of availability
- Contradictory information or suspected fraud
- Failure to comply with the conditions
→ The service may be refused without obligation.
2. MEETING THE DRIVER
2.1 Meeting the driver:
- The driver meets you in the arrivals area with a sign (name).
- The driver will contact you via WhatsApp / phone.
- Your phone must be active immediately after landing.
- The meeting point is the standard one for the airport.
- The client must be available to be contacted.
2.2 Waiting time:
- 60 minutes free at the airport, counted from the actual landing time of the flight, if the correct flight number is provided
- 30 minutes free at an address, hotel or other pick-up point, from the scheduled time
After this time, a waiting fee applies. The driver may leave the location, and the service may be considered not performed.
2.3 If the client does not show up:
The driver tries to contact the client. If there is no response, the order is closed. Payment is not refunded, and responsibility lies with the client. A new order may be requested.
2.4 Flight delay:
When the client enters the flight number, the company monitors the flight. If the flight is delayed, the pick-up time is adjusted according to the actual landing, and the flight delay does not count as waiting time. The client is responsible for providing the correct flight number.
2.5 Critical client errors:
- Wrong terminal / Wrong time / Wrong flight number
- No contact / The client cannot be found
→ The service may be lost without a refund.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
3.1 How the price is formed:
The price is calculated automatically by the system based on the distance and the vehicle class. The price is fixed at the time of booking but may change if the route changes. Additional services are paid separately.
3.2 Payment methods:
- Online (bank card / Apple Pay / Google Pay)
- Cash to the driver
Payment confirms the booking.
3.3 Cash payment:
It is a standard payment method: the booking follows the normal flow, with no additional confirmation, and the search for a driver starts automatically.
3.4 Additional costs:
- Waiting beyond the included time
- Additional stops or route changes
- Extra luggage
- Night hours or special days
3.5 Client responsibility:
Incorrectly selected route, wrong vehicle class chosen or incorrectly entered data. The client bears all consequences and no refunds are granted.
→ Payment is non-refundable in the event of client error.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
4.1 A refund is possible only under the following conditions:
- At least 24 hours before the ride for the Standard, Business, Economy Van, Business Van and Sprinter classes (for Bus — at least 3 days before)
- The request is submitted officially (website / WhatsApp) and confirmed by the company
- No more than 7 days have passed since payment
4.2 Refund process:
The refund is made via the same payment method. Processing time: 3–10 working days. Fees are non-refundable (only the net amount received is returned). The company is not responsible for bank delays.
4.3 Deductions and costs:
Payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversions, operational costs. The refund is NOT 100%.
4.4 A refund is NOT possible in the following cases:
- Less than 24 hours before the ride
- The client does not show up (NO-SHOW) or client error
- Breach of the terms or cancellation through the client’s fault
→ The payment is retained in full.
4.5 Minimum booking notice:
Online bookings are made with the minimum notice periods set out in point 1.4: Standard and Business — 6 hours; Premium / VIP, Economy Van and Business Van — 12 hours; Sprinter / Minibus — 24 hours; Bus — 3 days.
4.6 Bus category (coach):
For the Bus category, the 24-hour period is replaced by 3 days (72 hours) before the pick-up time. Online cancellation via the link in the email is possible only within these periods; once they have expired, contact us: +373 683 184 34.
5. WAITING TIME AND NO-SHOW
5.1 Free waiting time:
- Airport — 60 minutes from the actual landing time, provided the correct flight number is given
- Address, hotel or other pick-up point — 30 minutes from the scheduled time
The time is fixed and is not extended free of charge. A fee applies once it expires. Additional waiting is charged.
5.2 Start of waiting time:
For airport pick-ups it is counted from the actual landing time of the aircraft; a flight delay is not considered waiting time. For other pick-ups it is counted from the booked time.
5.3 Additional waiting:
It is charged, not guaranteed and depends on the driver’s availability. It is paid directly to the driver and may be refused.
5.4 The client is considered a NO-SHOW if they:
- Does not show up at the meeting point
- Do not answer calls / The phone is unavailable
- Cannot be identified / There is no communication
5.5 Consequences of a NO-SHOW:
The order is closed automatically, the driver leaves the location, the service is considered performed and no refund is granted (100% of the amount is retained).
→ The payment is not returned.
6. SAFETY AND RESTRICTIONS
6.1 Client behaviour:
Respectful behaviour is mandatory. Aggression, threatening the driver or damaging the vehicle are prohibited. Compliance with the rules is mandatory.
6.2 Passengers and luggage:
The number of passengers may not exceed the limit. Luggage must match the vehicle class. Extra luggage must be declared. Overloading is prohibited, and the driver may refuse transport.
6.3 Pet transport:
Allowed only with prior agreement. May involve an additional cost. Not all vehicles accept animals (depends on conditions and may be refused).
6.4 Refusal of service:
- Client under the influence of alcohol or behaving aggressively
- Conditions different from the booking
- Risk to the driver or the vehicle
→ The service may be cancelled without a refund.
6.5 Safety comes first:
The driver makes operational decisions. The company may stop the ride, and the service may be interrupted. The decision is final and no compensation is granted.
→ Safety is the absolute priority.
7. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
7.1 Changing the booking:
It is possible before the ride. It is done only at the client’s request (it is not automatic), requires confirmation and depends on when the request is made.
7.2 The following can be changed:
Ride time, pick-up address, destination address, number of passengers, additional services.
7.3 Impact on the price:
The price may be changed (recalculation is mandatory). A payment difference may arise, and the vehicle class may be changed (depending on distance and conditions).
7.4 Limitations:
Not all changes are possible. They depend on availability and may be refused. Last-minute changes are risky and require confirmation.
7.5 Critical changes:
Major route changes, last-minute changes, inconsistency with the original booking. The service may be cancelled and no refund is granted.
→ Major changes may lead to cancellation of the service.
8. COMPANY RIGHTS
8.1 The company reserves the right to manage the service operationally:
Organising the ride logistics, setting the order of bookings, coordinating drivers, optimising routes, adapting how the service is performed.
8.2 The company may replace the vehicle:
With a vehicle of the same class or a higher-class vehicle, depending on availability, without prior notice and at no extra cost to the client.
8.3 The service may be performed through partners:
Subcontracted drivers, partner companies, local networks, external collaborations. Responsibility remains with the company, and the client accepts this structure.
8.4 Operational changes:
The time may be adjusted, the meeting point may be changed, the route may be adapted. These do not give rise to a right to compensation and do not affect the validity of the service.
8.5 The company’s decisions are final in the following cases:
Safety, unforeseen conditions, client errors, operational optimisation, force majeure.
→ The company’s decisions cannot be contested.
9. FORCE MAJEURE

9.2 Also included are:

9.3 These situations may affect the service:
Delayed pick-up, change of route/conditions, delayed performance. The service is adapted to the situation, and the client accepts these changes.
9.4 The company may make operational decisions:
Changing the route, changing the meeting point, reorganising the service. Safety has absolute priority (decisions are made in real time).
9.5 The company is not responsible in the event of force majeure:
No refunds/compensation are granted, and delays are not attributable to the company. The service remains valid, and the client accepts the external risks. There is no obligation to pay damages.
10. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
10.1 Additional services are separate from the base fare:
They are not automatically included in the price, must be selected at the time of booking, are confirmed separately, depend on availability and may involve additional costs.
10.2 Examples of additional services:
Child seat, additional waiting time, additional stops, pet transport, special requests (language, comfort, etc.).
10.3 Additional services are not guaranteed:
Availability may vary; they require confirmation from the company and may be refused. They depend on the vehicle type and the driver.
10.4 Services requested during the ride:
They are negotiated directly with the driver, paid separately, are not part of the original contract and are not guaranteed.
10.5 The company is not responsible for:
Unconfirmed services, late requests, refusal of additional services, misunderstandings with the driver, lack of availability.
→ Additional services do not create contractual obligations.
11. DATA AND PRIVACY
11.1 By making a booking, the client accepts the processing of personal data:
First and last name, phone number, email address, route details, booking information.
11.2 The data is used exclusively for:

Limited access to data, secure storage, protection against unauthorised access, controlled use, GDPR compliance.
11.5 The company is not responsible for:
Data entered incorrectly by the client, incomplete information, errors caused by the client or problems resulting from incorrect information.
→ Responsibility for the data lies with the client.
12. FINAL TERMS
12.1 The company reserves the right to modify these terms:
At any time, without prior notice, for operational or legal reasons, at the company’s discretion.
12.2 The updated version is available on the website:
The client must check periodically. Using the service implies acceptance of the changes. Individual notification is not required (the document is permanently in force).
12.3 By using the service:
The client accepts the terms in full, confirms having read the document, accepts all rules without exception and accepts the company’s interpretation.
12.4 In the event of disputes:
An amicable settlement is sought first, official communication is mandatory, the relevant legislation applies and the evidence from the system is used.
12.5 If any part of the terms becomes invalid:
The rest of the document remains valid and the conditions continue to apply (the closest interpretation applies). It does not affect the contract as a whole.
