Answers before you travel
How do I book a transfer?
Online, on the booking page: choose the pick-up point and destination, date and time, car class, then enter the passenger and flight details. Leave an active phone number (WhatsApp / Viber / Telegram) so the driver can contact you.
Can the price change after booking?
No. You see the price before sending the booking and it stays fixed: it does not depend on traffic or the route chosen by the driver.
How long will the driver wait for me?
At the airport you have 60 minutes of free waiting time from the flight's actual landing (if you provide the correct flight number). At an address, hotel or other pick-up point you have 30 minutes from the scheduled time. After that, waiting is charged extra.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
When you enter your flight number at booking, we monitor the flight: the pick-up time is adjusted to the actual landing, and a flight delay does not count as waiting time.
How do I find the driver at the airport?
The driver waits for you in the arrivals area with a sign bearing your name, contacts you via WhatsApp or by phone and helps you with your luggage. Keep your phone on and connected to the internet right after landing.
How can I pay?
By card, online, when booking, or in cash, directly to the driver. Cash payment is a normal method: the booking follows the standard process, with no extra confirmation.
Can I cancel the booking?
Yes, free of charge: at least 24 hours before the ride for Standard, Business, Economy Van, Business Van and Sprinter, and at least 3 days before for Bus. If you cancel later or do not show up, the amount is not refunded.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Standard and Business — at least 6 hours in advance; Premium / VIP, Economy Van and Business Van — 12 hours; Sprinter / Minibus — 24 hours; Bus — 3 days.
Can I get a company invoice?
Yes, we issue company invoices.
